Gold buying process

1. KYC check
- To start purchasing gold, the client must pass the KYC (Know Your Customer) check. Fill out and submit the KYC form in advance to identify and verify your identity.

2. Request to buy gold
- After completing KYC, the client must send an email with a request to purchase gold. The letter must indicate the amount of gold you want to purchase and your contact information.

3. Filling out data for the contract
- After receiving the request, we send the client a link to fill out the data to form a forward contract. Please fill out all fields carefully and submit the data to create a contract.

4. Signing the contract
- The client must sign a forward contract to purchase gold. The signed contract must be sent to us to confirm the relations.

5. Transfer of funds
- After signing the contract, the client manually transfers funds to the company’s account. Payment details will be provided in the contract.

6. Production and supply of metal
- After receiving funds, the company begins the process of producing gold. We guarantee that the metal will be produced and delivered within the time period specified in the contract.

7. Getting gold
- The client picks up the metal at the specified location. At the time of receipt, the client will be provided with all related documents and certificates confirming the authenticity and quality of the gold.

Notes
- The client can resell his contract to another verified client of the company. This is written in detail in the contract. Our company acts as an intermediary and guarantor of the transaction.
- On the date of execution of the contract, the Client has the right to receive the equivalent in money for the purchased gold at the current market price.
